Lahori Hareesa

Grain of cracked grain (ka Gandum Daliya) 250 g
Ghee ¼ cup

Squeeze cracked wheat grain (Daliya) for 5-6 hours.
Add 4-5 glasses of water in a large casserole and boil cracked grain until smooth.
Grind wheat grain, but not ground in a pasta. It should be roughly grind.
Heat ghee and fry the onion when the onion change the color to add the whole mixture of spices and frit until light brown.
Add the meat and add until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and yogurt. Add enough water. Cover and bake until the meat is tender and soft.
